CBI in St. Kitts and Nevis can be obtained by the whole family of the main applicant, including:

The spouse;

Children aged under 18;

Children aged between 18-25 who who are in full-time attendance at a recognised secondary or tertiary level institution of learning and fully supported by the main applicant;

Children aged 18 or over who are physically or mentally challenged;

Parents of the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant aged 55 or over, living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
The main applicant must be at least 18 years old and hold a clean criminal record to apply for CBI. On certain curricumstances the applicant will not qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment, for example if the applicant:

has been denied citizenship of any country,

has been denied any sort of visa to any country to which citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis have visa-free travel, in case the applicant has not obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial afterwards,

is the subject of a criminal investigation,

has been declared bankrupt within ten years of his or her application,

is involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to St. Kitts and Nevis.

REAL ESTATE
You may obtain citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis by investment in real estate, both off-plan from the developer or private sales. This is the only Caribbean programme that qualifies private real estate investments eligible.
The Private Real Estate Investment option allows investors to choose between:

Condominium unit or share in designated real estate developments for a minimum investment of USD 325,000,

Single-family private homes designated as Approved Private Real Estate for a minimum investment of USD 600,000.
With the Developer’s Real Estate Investment Option you can secure Citizenship by Investment in St. Kitts and Nevis through real estate acquisition in approved developments from USD 325,000.
The applicant may include dependents in the application with a signle real estate purchase in St. Kitts and Nevis.
Apart from the property's sales price and acquisition costs you are charged administrative fees as follows:

Any qualified dependant under 18: USD 10,000

Any qualified dependant aged 18 or over: USD 15,000
There are no administrative fees in case of citizenship by non-refundable contribution to special Governmental funds.
The applicant should maintain the property for at least 7 years in order to maintain the citizenship.

PROCESSING
